Desk
Here are the photos of the desk I am in the process of re-doing. It was an excellent D.I. find by my mom and will be taken to school with me this fall! It is all stained now, I just have to sand a few more drawers down and put the handles back on. Finished photos to come later!

I think the wood is so pretty. I feel your pain on the refinishing. Its a nasty job. Brad and I were both loopy with exhaustion after we finished our (small) desk.
it is so beautiful now. your hard work paid off big time.
